About me
I arrived at audiobook narration via an arts podcast - and found 'my thing'. Less than 3 years on, I've narrated 44 books (browse on the narrated books page), and I love the adventure of disappearing into a different world every time.
Acting trained during a BA degree in English & Drama, I went on to work in the film industry (where I met my husband film producer/director Bill Butt); first in production then screen composition.
We live in Bristol but I grew up in Wolverhampton, and a piece of my heart remains in the Black Country.
I have the honour of voicing Emily Hobhouse in The Story of Emily Museum, Liskeard Cornwall.
